She made some tarts
All on a Winter’s day

I amended the recipe slightly to use a mix of rice flour & a little chickpea flour, instead of Brown Rice flour (only because that’s what I had in the cupboard).
I made them for a friend’s kids, but I had to try one, before I sent them off .
They are quite rich, but very tasty. Everything that kids will love 😉
I used home-made peanut butter, to ensure there were no added refined oils & made the chia jam is refined sugar free too.
