What better than an easy to make, individual sized, chocolatey treat on a grey, wet winter’s day.
I’ve tried a couple of mug cake recipes in the past & they have been OKish, but this recipe is the epitome of ‘Hug in a Mug’ 💕 💯 💕
I made the following amendments to the recipe: to make it Gluten Free: I used 2/3 Buckwheat flour to 1/3 Chickpea flour.
I also used half & half coconut oil & olive oil.
I used coconut sugar as suggested in the recipe. 🤤
I added walnuts, pomegranate seeds & strawberry roses 🍓🌹’because I’m worth it’ 😉
Verdict: I can’t believe this is soooo good 🤤 all the chocolatey love I needed & more to spare 💕💝
