Introducing my delicious ’24 Carrot’ Peanut Dipping Sauce! 🥕🥜

I put a twist on a recipe by @rabbitandwolves 24 Carrot Sauce, by combining grated carrots, smooth peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sweetener, and chilli. Perfect for dipping those summer rolls or tofu satay! 😋

Ingredients:

• ½ cup carrot, grated
• 3 TBS smooth peanut butter
• ⅓ warm cup water (+ more to thin)
• 1-2 TSP soy sauce
  
• 2 TBS lime Juice
  
• ½ TBS sweetner such as agave
  
• ½ tsp chilli flakes – red pepper flakes or chilli sauce
