
More than just recipes, a heartfelt fusion of storytelling, food to table sustainability, and nutritious delicious recipes.
I began writing recipe/sustainable living books in 2023 with my first book, Alba’s Journal: Sow, Grow, Cook, Care, which follows the diary entries of a fictional 10-year-old girl who falls in love with rural life in Andalucía. Through her eyes, the book explores her grandparents’ sustainable way of life, their traditional lifestyle, and includes 35 plant-based adaptations of classic Spanish dishes.
My second book: ‘Waste Not Want Not – In the Kitchen’ is dedicated to my passion: reducing food waste from field-to-table with tips, hints and ideas, as well as 50 plant-based recipes.
My recent, recipe-only cookbook, is aimed at motivating children to venture into the kitchen to make exciting, yet healthy dishes. They are written in both English and Spanish languages.
